Costumer Reviews

For an inexpensive printer it does a very good job. Good print quality and speed with some noise. PLEASE check the reviews of the replacement cartridge 60. I have NEVER gone through print cartridges as fast as with this printer. I use draft mode (still very good quality) to conserve ink. Still uses them up very fast. HP claims quantity of pages would be 200--good luck!

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. The power switch was stuck on when I took it out of the box, and it never got unstuck. It died after only two and half months of fault-filled light duty service, having printed less than 100 pages for me. The best thing I can say about it was that it was free with the purchase of a Windows 7 PC and monitor package. However, I now think the retailer should have paid me for taking it out of their store.
