Costumer Reviews

I have the Epson R300 printer and it does a nice job printing photos. I am sure lots of printers do as well. My Problem

The ink is expensive and...

1. The cartridges are not full when purchased from Epson and

2. The printer shuts down when there is at least 20% of the ink remaining. How do I know? I cut one open and ink poured out.

I called Epson to see if there was an override available - no sir. So you are faced with buying expensive ink and changing cartridges that have a lot of ink still in the cartridge.

How to make a customer mad at Epson!

No problems with the cartridge so far. Cheaper price compared to COMP USA, Office depot, etc..
