I contacted the seller after receiving the item because my dell software stated that I only had 30 pages left to print on the new cartridges. I was informed that dell software does not recognize these cartridges and to either uninstall the software or ignore it. I did and I am happily printing away. The seller got back to me within 24 hours. I am totally happy and will buy all my ink from this seller from now on.

i needed ink and i didn't want to spend an absurd amount of money on them. these were cheap and work fine in my printer.
