Customer Reviews
Got this about a week ago and so far, I like it. The color and print quality itself looks very good. The wireless seems to work fine with various brands of computers (Toshiba and Asus in our house). It has Copy, Fax, Scan, and Photo options. Phonebook, AutoAnswer, and Redial as well. I found it is wonderful for scanning paperwork into my HD compared to my previous printer because it has an auto feed tray on top. It makes the process easier and quicker. There is a tray in the rear of the printer to load paper. The lid also lifts for scanning. Finally, There is a spot for ones SD/HC, MS, or MMC card. I give it four stars because it prints slower than my previous printer.
I bought the printer three days ago. It was easy to set up the wireless connection. Sending a fax was simple and receiving a fax has not been an issue. The only problem I have is that three sheets of paper will feed through each time something is printed. I tried using heavier paper (20 lb to 24 lb) and I still had an issue. The problem does not occur when I use 65 lb paper. This printer is worth the price, and I especially like how the price to refill the ink is inexpensive. The average price for the black and colored in combo is around $30. My old dell printer ink cost $56 for one cartridge...boo.
