recently purchased a new Dell XPS laptop, and my 15-year-old workhorse HP laser printer was incompatible with Windows 7, without a lot of unnecessary headaches. I prefer laser printers for everyday use and don't need color. I chose the Dell 1130 - price is incredibly reasonable, print time is fast, and print quality is beautiful. The footprint is also fairly small so it fits right on my desk - nice, compact little printer. Highly recommended, great value for the price.
