This package arrived looking new. Even after I pulled it from the box i didn't notice at first that the foil wrapping around the package had been sliced open -- the foil had been folded over the cut, as if to hide the fact that it had already been opened.

That would be okay if the print head worked, but it does not. Neither of the black inks (one for pictures the other for every-day text printing) will print.

I will be requesting a return on this immediately.

This was exactly as advertised - a factory new printhead for my Canon ip4500 printer. Works just like new and I'm completely satisfied
